Rates: 
*$25 per person with 16 minimum occupancy
*For special events such as weddings, meetings etc. please contact us directly for special rates.  We try to fit in everyone's budget and are willing to work with each renter. 
Check in time for overnight stay is 10 AM and check out is 2PM.   

 

 

Food & Beverage: 

You have access to the kitchen to prepare your own food & beverages.  You may use the large capacity grill.  You may choose to have your event catered.  All warmers, dishes, linen, silverware etc. will need to be provided by the planner and/or caterer.  Any special details will be noted on the reservation form and confirmed with Salt Creek Retreat.

 

Smoking & Alcohol:

Salt Creek Retreat is an alcohol and smoke free facility.  Upon check out will do final walk thru to verify no evidence of these banned items are found on premises.  If found will forfeit all deposits. 

 

Deposit:

Salt Creek requires a deposit be paid with the signing of the contract in order to hold the date.  Deposit rates are as follows:
1 night or day rate event =    $150.00

2-3 nights = $250.00
4-7 nights = $500.00 


Cancellation:

Should your event need to cancel, if you notify us 30 days in advance your deposit is 100% refundable.  Should you cancel 2 weeks in advance 50% of your deposit is refundable.  Should you cancel within 2 weeks of your event your deposit is not refundable.

 

Damage Deposit/Cleaning Services:

Salt Creek Retreat wants to ensure the retreat center remains in its original condition except for the expected wear and tear that comes with hosting events.  Salt Creek Retreat requires a final walk through with client prior to departure to ensure all garbage is removed, linens taken care of and decorations etc. to review any discovery of damages.  The client may also choose to forfeit the deposit and have the center take care of the cleaning of the event and therefore may leave immediately after the final walk through following their event, making sure to remove any items that the client does not want disposed of.  If damages are discovered or pointed out the renter is responsible to have the repairs made at the renter's expense.  Salt Creek Retreat will have the authority to hire the contractor to have the damages fixed. 

 

No Animals are Permitted/ Not allowed in cattle area:

This is a working ranch so any visiting pets will scare our animals.  Also no one is allowed to enter or go near the barns and pasture where the cattle are present. 

 

Decorations:

You may decorate the tabletops.  Any signs may be hung on wall with painters tape only.  No nails, hook, duct tape etc. on any walls or ceilings or any other areas in Salt Creek Retreat.  If you have any questions about any other decorations please ask before.  Any such items that are not allowed or did not have approval before hand will be cause to lose your damage deposit. 

 

Event  Hours & Set up:

We know some events take longer then some to set up so please check with us the time you will need to set up and tear down for your event.  Prior time allotment will need to be set up with Salt Creek Retreat.
